The F.A.B. (Fitness, Activity, & Body Image) Five is a group of five certified fitness professionals and exercise fitness trainers with one goal; to introduce five thousand youth in Hamilton County in five months to physical fitness. Our goal is to provide basic diet, fitness, nutrition skills, as well as physical, social, emotional and mental activities; by providing workshops, lectures and fitness training sessions that target these issues and will enhance self esteem, motivation and instill success. We are able to modify or design our programs to meet you or your organization’s needs. If one of the F.A.B. Five activities, programs, or presentation topics does not meet your needs, we are usually able to design a program just for your group or organization. For more information on the F.A.B.
